Why should you consider Annuity?

Fixed annuity is one of the ways to help you retire on your terms and when you ready, and any way you want to. Maybe you'll build a bridge to a second career; possibly start a new business or embark on a true labor of love. With great providers like Conseco we are able to offer you several products to help you plan for retirement. Whatever your goal, a fixed annuity from can help you reach it.

Types of fixed annuities
There are various types of fixed annuities. These types are classified by our providers into equity-indexed, multi-year-guarantee and traditional.

Features

Guaranteed minimum interest
Regardless of the type of fixed annuity you purchase, you'll receive a minimum guaranteed interest rate. Traditional fixed annuities generally guarantee a higher interest rate for one year and then that rate fluctuates throughout the life of the contract - it never falls below the minimum guaranteed rate. A multi-year guarantee annuity guarantees a higher rate longer than a traditional annuity can. An equity-indexed annuity adds opportunity for gains linked to an index, such as the S&P 500(R), with no risk.

Lifetime income
When it comes time to retire, you may decide to withdraw the money that you've accumulated in the annuity all at once. Or, you could choose to select among various retirement income options, which includes a way to guarantee yourself a monthly income for as long as you live.

Tax deferral
Unlike the interest you earn on taxable vehicles, your money can grow tax-deferred until you withdraw the funds (which is typically after you retire and when you may be in a lower tax bracket). You earn interest on your premium, interest on your interest, and interest on the money you would normally have paid in taxes.
